I wish to express to you and all in your company that AC and R are one of the BEST contractors we have ever worked with. From the beginning, we have always been happy with your annual check ups of our AC Units. We always felt you were completely honest with us and hence we had no doubts that you were the ones we wanted to work with when we decided to replace our 25 year old units. Our conversations with you were always informative and up front. Jose's presentation and recommendations and your final bid were so complete and left no surprises for us. We had a rather complex situation with both air handlers being in our attic. Anthony and Jose were absolutely competent, friendly, respectful of our home, informative and very efficient! They worked well together and their experience allowed them to make the best decisions on handling the situation. We will gladly recommend A and C to anyone interested.

5 Star rating for sure !!! After returning home from vacation, our A/C heat pump was not working. I contacted a HVAC repair company that was referred by the installer. The Unit was only 6 years old, still under warranty and the compresser had failed. Initially we were told the parts needed would be available in 5-7 days and then installed. After almost 4 weeks of waiting and being told the parts were now on back order I reach out to a number of companies for quotes on replacing the Heat pump. All were happy to replace at a cost to us of $5000-$9000. Mindy "The A/C Lady" was the only one to inquire as to why the repair was not completed. She said it seemed unusual that those parts were not available and as a authorized dealer, asked if I minded if she looked into the matter. After a couple hours she contacted me with news of the parts being packaged, labeled, and with expedited shipping to arrive in 4 days. Needless to say we were happy to hear this news. Both NATE Certified Master techs Anthony and David were very pleasant, professional and prompt on completing the repair. A/C Refrigeration has been very honest and reasonable and saved us thousands of dollars and we couldn't be more pleased. Customer service like this is hard to find, and we have become loyal customers.
